Many veterans homes are also affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), ensuring that veterans receive access to additional federal benefits and services

With the aging veteran population, the demand for long-term care and assisted living options is increasing. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects that the number of veterans over the age of 85 will grow significantly in the coming years. Our veterans home provides aging veterans with the care and support they need, helping them maintain their dignity and quality of life as they age.

Currently, veterans may need to travel long distances to reach a dedicated veterans home or receive specialized care. The closest veterans homes are located in areas like Jackson or beyond, creating barriers for veterans in South Mississippi. Our facility in D'Iberville will provide more immediate access to critical care and services for veterans living along the coast, reducing travel times and helping them stay connected to local support systems.
